Who controls your data

ATS Avant Transport Solutions (Nottingham, England) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@avanttransport.co.uk.

What we collect

Booking details: name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, times, passenger and luggage details, flight numbers and any notes you give us.

If you use "use my location", your device's position is sent once to find your pickup address. We don't track your location.

If you apply for a business account we keep the details you give us (company, contact and journey information) to set up and manage that account.

Why we use it

To provide the journey you booked (contract), to send confirmations and driver details by email and text, to handle invoicing, and to meet our legal duties as a licensed operator, which include keeping booking records.

Who we share it with

Your driver (name, phone, pickup details and notes). Service providers who run parts of the service for us: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon/Supabase), maps (Google), email (Resend) and SMS (Twilio). The licensing authority, police or insurers when legally required.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for [x] years to meet licensing requirements, then deleted. [Business to confirm with their licensing authority.]

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
