How does booking work?
Enter your journey, choose a car and send the request. We reply with your price by email and text shortly. Accept it online and you're booked, nothing is confirmed until you do.
How is the price worked out?
Each journey is priced individually, based on the route, the time of travel and anything you've asked for. Airport charges are included in your quote, so there are no extras added afterwards.
Can you take a booking for today?
For same-day travel, call us on 0115 773 0555 and we'll do our best to help. Online requests need at least 1 hour' notice.
How do I pay?
Payment is agreed with your quote. Business customers can apply for an account and be invoiced.
Can I change or cancel?
You can withdraw a request at any time before you accept the quote. After that, you can cancel online up to 2 hours before pickup; closer than that, or to change anything, call 0115 773 0555.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, infant, child and booster seats. Choose the type for each child in the booking form and we'll fit them before pickup. Any charge is included in your quote.
